The Key to the Most Comfortable Journey

Whenever we travel, one thing we all wish for is comfort. In an aircraft, especially if they are long journeys, the one thing that makes the journey almost as enjoyable as the destination itself is if the seats are wide, well-cushioned and with enough legroom. Add to this a good meal in-flight, and it can almost seem like bliss. And, all this is available and then some on Vistara, the first Indian carrier to launch a Premium Economy class.

Placed between the Economy and Business class, you can definitely expect to be pampered without having to burn a hole in your pocket when you choose to travel on Premium Economy. Here are some things you can expect.

The Ultimate Luxury

The amount of luxury you get here, you won’t get anywhere else! A seat that is as big and comfortable even if two sit together, with 20% leg room, sounds comfortable doesn’t it? How often have you felt cramped on a flight, bumping elbows with your fellow passengers and knocking your knees against the front seat? With all that leg room, wider seats and even recline of about 4 inches, you can even take a relaxing nap on a long flight.

One thing that many travellers complain about is the food that is served on most flights. However, when you choose to travel on Vistara’s Premium Economy class, you know that your taste buds will be treated to gourmet meals. Start off with a salad to refresh yourself and get your palate ready for the main course. The main course itself is changed every six days so that you get to try a new meal each time your travel. Then comes the dessert, which will satisfy even those who don’t have a sweet tooth. And, if you are looking for beverages, there are aerated drinks, juices, hot tea and coffee and even Starbucks choices.

Your luxurious journey actually starts even before you board the aircraft, with dedicated check-in counters at every airport for a speedy process. To give you an even more luxurious trip, you get separate boarding lanes too, which are always a plus if you are travelling with children or the elderly.

You also can opt for extra baggage allowance, although the regular allowance still gives you 15 kg of checked-in baggage and 7 kg of hand luggage, which can be increased to up to 20kg and 12 kg, respectively.

In addition to all of this, the staff at the airport and on-board the flight take pride in making your journey memorable. No wonder Vistara has won the award for being the Best Regional Carrier in Asia from Tripadvisor for 2018.
